Simple, fresh, and incredibly delicious! 🥬🥢 This Chinese-style Water Spinach recipe uses only 4 ingredients to create a quick and flavorful vegetable dish. Perfect for busy weeknights, it's healthy, easy to prepare, and pairs beautifully with rice or noodles.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch water spinach (kangkong), washed and cut into sections
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Method:

  1. Wash the water spinach thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the water spinach and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the oyster sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Cook for another minute until the greens are tender but still vibrant.
  7. Serve immediately while hot.
